Meet the team

Julia Quilliam BEM FNAEA MARLA CPEA Julia's career in estate agency started as a Saturday Girl many years ago which she loved so decided to take up estate agency up full time and sat her estate agency exams. After having worked for both small independent and large corporates Julia decided to launch Quilliam in 1999 taking the best bits from her years of experience and moving to Brentford soon after. Julia's fondness for Brentford has spilled into local community work and was delighted to receive a British Empire Medal for her services to Brentford.

Julia’s brother Craig started working at Quilliam from the very beginning in 1999 helping out on a Saturday, a change from his week job at an oil trading company. Craig very quickly became enticed with the exciting world of estate agency and gave up his job in the west end to join full time. Craig lives in Brentford and through his enthusiasm for the area is now quite well known for his guided tours and local trivia. Craig formally served in the Royal Navy and took part in the Falklands conflict.

Hard working and tenacious Jeremy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Quilliam. Holding a Masters in Property Valuation and Law Jeremy, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has worked in all areas of property, residential and commercial and now heads up the Lettings Department, taking Brentford by storm. When not working Jeremy has a huge amount of interests from cricket, rugby and fly fishing to cars, opera and period house architecture.

Fluent in both English and Italian, Maria started her career in property in 2019. Maria joined Quilliam as Property Manager which involves making sure that all our tenancies run smoothly and that both tenants and landlords are happy and satisfied with our service. Maria's friendly and proactive personality makes her a valuable part of the team.

Kinga started as a Sales Negotiator in 2022 and joined Quilliam to continue her journey in April 2023. She is well organised, driven and her personality makes her a vital member of our Team. Currently studying for her Level 3 Qualification in Estate and Lettings Agent Kinga takes great pride in her position as a Negotiator working in both sales and lettings. Kinga moved to the UK from Poland in 2007 and is probably our healthiest member of staff spending her spare time in the gym and going on hikes. Kinga also loves to read and travel.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniella recently joined Quilliam as a Trainee Sales and Letting Negotiator after working in retail. She is now studying for her level 2 Qualification in Residential Property Management Practice. Daniella lived in San Diego before moving outside Hannibal, Missouri (birthplace of the great American author, responsible for the Tom Sawyer books, Mark Twain) until 2017 when she decided to move to the UK at 16 years old to study. She then obtained a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Daniella’s well-organised, fun personality compliments our team very well, as is our very own 'Selling Sunset' realtor!

Soon after joining Quilliam as an apprentice, Hannah quickly passed all the course work for the Level 2 Estate Agency Qualification Award. Hannah takes a keen interest in all things property with her knowledge and growing experience and is especially good at social media and estate agent content marketing. Hannah compliments the Quilliam office with being well organised, covering all aspects of the office where needed.

With a background in law Jill brings to Quilliam a wealth of knowledge in all things, property, conveyancing, and probate. Having previously worked in both property management and block management, no problem is too big for Jill to solve. Whilst Julia has known Jill for several years when asked what her strengths are, Jill replied to say ‘talking’. It’s true, Jill likes to talk and is friendly to everyone. Her outgoing nature makes her a pleasure to have on the team.

Running the Accounts Department Andrei is responsible for managing both client and office accounts. Andrei’s responsibility is ensuring all landlords, tenants and contractors are paid on time. He has a meticulous eye for detail which enables Quillliam to provide the best service for their clients. Andrei's main strength is providing a structured and logical approach to work. Andrei is a Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys a regular swim at the local leisure centre.

A local hero in his own right, Benji has the important task of making sure we are all working as hard as we can. Local people often come in to say hello to Benji who has his own bank of followers.
