We are committed to the local community working towards a better Brentford. Julia Quilliam along with the Brentford High Street Steering Group worked on several projects including the restoration and relocation of the St Lawrence’s War Memorial, refurbishment of Market Square, relaunching Brentford Market, organising the Olympic Torch procession, Royal Wedding, The Queen's Jubilee and St George's Day events. However, Julia's favourite accomplishment is probably the annual Christmas lights. Brentford had never had Christmas lights and Julia took up the challenge to brighten our High Street year after year.
