  • What a breathe of fresh air !
What a breathe of fresh air ! The personal service not the normal you are just a number ... The viewing was done in a slow take your time manor you are not rushed and left thinking are they going to turn up on time , the paper work phone calls everything done perfect these people rewrite the book when it comes to estate agents. Worth popping in and meeting the team they go the extra mile to find you the perfect home not just a house.

  • Dream Team
I couldn’t recommend Quilliam more for their accuracy and knowledge of the Brentford area. We found our buyers after one viewing. Craig and Julia are a dream team!
  • Completing the renting of our property very smoothly and quickly.
Just to place on record our appreciation for completing the renting of our property very smoothly and quickly. Simon and the team at Quilliam were extremely customer-focused and professional in handling every aspect of the transaction.

  • Down to earth, unpretentious, yet positive approach to selling our home.
Before instructing Quilliam, we'd met with several local agents. What made us choose Julia and her team was their down to earth, unpretentious, yet positive approach to selling our home. In deciding on the asking price, Julia shared her experience but also listened to us, and we arrived at a buoyant but realistic strategy together. After signing up, the team all visited to familiarise themselves and to understand any unique benefits of our home to help conversations with prospective buyers. After two busy weeks of viewings, we were under offer with a buyer that was excited and committed to buy, that understood our position and was willing to be patient while we worked on our onward purchase. This all lead to a smooth sale right through to completion. We'd highly recommend Julia, Craig and team - and if we hadn't left the area, we'd be definitely giving Quilliam a ring when we next decided to move.
  • Could not have asked for more.
Having been unsuccessful selling my property for 9 months through 2 other agents, I switched to Quilliam (who I purchased through originally) and they produced 2 competing offers for me in less than a fortnight. They really understood the pros of the property, which were reflected in the online listing and photos, and matched it to appropriate buyers. The whole team is friendly, helpful and all-round fantastic, and they helped me navigate some tricky logistical snags with my buyer's situation and with my ongoing chain through to completion. Could not have asked for more, and can not recommend highly enough.
  • The most approachable and helpful Estate Agents
I can highly recommend Quilliams. They have been the most approachable and helpful estate agents I have ever come across. Craig and Julia were always there to answer any queries during the sale of the property, which was by no means straightforward! They always got back to me and were reassuring and thoughtful throughout the process. A big thank you for everything 😊

  • They were patient and skilled negotiators.
I bought a flat from Quilliam in 2014 and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, throughout a stressful situation and I was a first time buyer. They were patient and skilled negotiators. I have since used them to write up contracts for tenants and again, found them a real pleasure! Highly recommend.

  • All my experience with Quilliams has been very positive.
Simon has been extremely helpful recently in advising me when I was unsure whether to rent or sell my flat in Brentford. Although in the end my circumstances changed, and I wasn't going to be able to give Quiliiams the business, he continued to be generous with his time and expertise. I was very impressed with the genuine personal touch and courtesy - all my experience with Quilliams has been very positive, and they will be my first port of call for all my future property needs in Brentford. Helen (from my husband's google account!).

  • Would recommend to anyone!
We rented via Quilliams for just over two years and they were outstanding - everyone was always super friendly and accommodating and because the team work closely together there is always someone who can help out. During our tenancy the washing machine and a tap broke, and both times Quilliam sent out a plumber within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone!
