I bought a flat from Quilliam in 2014 and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, throughout a stressful situation and I was a first time buyer. They were patient and skilled negotiators. I have since used them to write up contracts for tenants and again, found them a real pleasure! Highly recommend.
