Julia Quilliam BEMAfter a life in the airlines travelling the world and a distinguished ten-year career working in a number of local independent and national estate agents, Julia sat her estate agency examinations and set up Quilliam Property Services in 1999. Now a local resident, her fondness for Brentford has spilled into local community work becoming a Trustee of the Brentford High Street Steering Group. BHSSG have taken on many projects to make Brentford a better place to live and work including the re-launch of Brentford Market and refurbishment of the Market Place, the Christmas Lights campaign, the relocation of the St Lawrence’s Church War Memorial. Julia was delighted to learn that she had been honoured in the 2013 New Years Honours List receiving a British Empire Medal for her services to the Community.

Craig QuilliamJulia’s brother Craig started working with Quilliam Property Services when first opened in 1999 helping out on a Saturday. Craig very quickly became enticed with the exciting world of estate agency and gave up his job in the west end working for an oil company to join full time. Craig moved to Brentford and through his enthusiasm for the area is delighted to advise anyone who might be considering a move and is actually quite famous for his full guided tour of all the best bits. Craig formally served in the Royal Navy and took part in the Falklands conflict.
Simon GrovesOriginally from the Isle of Wight, Simon joined the company in 2006 and has a unique appreciation for Brentford. Simon’s individualised customer service approach enables him to communicate easily and to understand people’s needs and to maintain a strong relationship with them. Working alongside Craig they make a great sales team. Simon has recently moved to Brentford which he really enjoying.
Karen FrenchKaren has been in the property industry for over 25 years dealing with everything from Residential Sales and Lettings, acquiring and disposing of Commercial property, to overseeing renovations and refurbishments. Karen recently joined Quilliam to manage the Property Management side of the business
Andrei MusteaRunning the Accounts Department Andrei is responsible for managing both our client and office accounts. Andrei’s responsibility is ensuring all landlords, tenants and contractors are paid on time. He has a meticulous eye for detail which enables us to provide the best service for all our clients. His main strength is providing a structured and logical approach to work. Andrei is a Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys a regular swim at the local leisure centre.
Benjamin Boo BooQuilliam Property Services would not be complete without Benjamin Boo Boo who sits quietly (for most of the time) under Julia’s desk. Always willing to do tricks for local children Boo has become quite famous all by himself.
